Please note that these are estimated delivery times only, therefore 40 Layers is not guaranteeing delivery dates. Don't worry, we will always do our best to deliver on or before your delivery dates. There may be some other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that may lead to delays, for example, customs, public/national holidays, natural disaster, air and ground transportation strikes or delays etc.

   Shipping time may be delayed due to Covid-19, as you know many international flights have been cancelled

  • We will place all BAKLAVA orders Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to ensure our products freshness. (Your orders are sent to you within the best timeframe to be delivered to you as soon as possible. Since the cargoes are not working on the weekend, there is no shipment. The holiday and special days of the country ordered by our customers are evaluated and shipping is carried out. We want to make sure your products are not held in the courier company on the weekend of your country or transit countries or at the customs office and for our products to be delivered to you freshly).
  • Our COFFEE CUPS are designed and hand crafted overseas (Turkey) each delivery batch may take up to one month to be delivered, if your order is from available stock (Melbourne) it will be delivered much sooner.
  • 40 Layers does not accept liability if the incorrect address is written during the checkout process. Please ensure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order.

  • The order you place includes only the product price and the shipping fee. Country Customs may charge customs fees in some cases. Our company does not have any right to intervene in customs fees.

  • Countries reserve the right legally to inspect any package they wish, 40layers can not intervene if your package is chosen to be inspected by your countries customs. Any inspections carried out will be done in a hygienic and food safe manner.
