Dolama Baklava, is made of 12-layer phyllo. It is rolled into a wrap. Its ingredients include large hazelnut in handfuls. As the number of phyllo layers is quite less compared to other baklava types, its cook time is also shorter than that of other baklava. It is cooked at 170°C
Contents: beet sugar, water, wheat flour, ghee, hazelnut kernel, wheat starch, egg, table salt
Shelf life is 15 days, please keep in cool and dry place.
